Access to the building is controlled by a personal identification number (PIN) that notifies the security system that you are on the property.   This process then releases your alarmed door for entry into your unit.

Video Surveillance

Video surveillance records your presence as well as others on the property 24 hours a day.

Our systems recognize your entry through Home Town's coded gate and sync up with your unit in order to ensure that proper access is ensured.
